Mouv Signature
Our signature session is conducted in a heated environment and is designed to provide a more laid back pilates experience. Work your pelvic floor, glutes, activate and strengthen your core, as well as toning your back, upper body, and legs. This workout creates a positive charge and gives you more energy so you can easily handle your daily routine and stress. High energy/intensity classes not your speed? This class is the perfect solution for those looking for a solid workout you can feel good about afterwards, without the fast pace of our burn & sculpt class!
Booty Bootcamp
Engage your core and glutes during this high intensity workout curated by our fitness star Julie! Learn from an instructor with years of industry experience focused in helping individuals get the perfect beach bod. This bootcamp is a hybrid class involving both mat and reformer based movements.
Burn & Sculpt
This high energy class offers a heated environment with mat-based exercises and some reformer movements, as well as the incorporation of hand weights/bands and more. This class is meant to tone and strengthen muscles. This class offers something for everyone looking for an upbeat, high intensity workout with quick movements. Leave feeling sculpted, firm, and ready for whatever comes next.
Precision Reformer
Designed with intermediate to advanced pilates enthusiasts in mind, this class features innovative reformer movements. Consider this our level 2 reformer class, offering a faster pace flow, in-depth movements, and higher intensity resistance, meant to tighten what’s loose and loosen what’s tight. Previous reformer experience is required prior to attending.
Pure Reformer
This class is beginner friendly and ideal for anyone just getting started in Pilates! Begin your journey of refining your physicality while also fostering a mind-body connection. This class is considered our reformer 1 class focused on low impact muscular movements, stretching, and getting to know your reformer machine. Leave feeling a light, yet conscious burn while working toward freer range of motion.
Power Reformer
All levels welcome to this cardio centered class! Our Power Reformer is a heart pumping class combining cardio with intense sculpting moves for a burn that brings the fun. This class features high intensity jump board movements mixed with mat based, core + glute burnouts. Think of this as our hybrid course joining together mat and reformer based movements. Higher intensity means more sweat and serious results.
